In addition, the aim is to introduce master’s students to the training and research in new legal areas under development, such as condominium, law and technology, and intellectual property, among others, preparing them for the future competitive context of a profession exposed to new challenges.
It is intended to reinforce the training of master’s students in the contractual areas that are essential to professional practice and the consolidation of the underlying knowledge of substantive law, as well as to foster critical thinking and the problematization of the fundamental legal issue.
Our program also seeks to foster scientific research and the elaboration of specialized studies in the area of SC, through the mastery of research methods based on critical thinking, problem-solving capacity, and proposal of solutions. Law
