The Bachelor Programmes (Licenciatura) offered at IPB are designed according to the Bologna Process and according to the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). International students can apply to the IPB and attend the Bachelor programmes taught in English. Students are required to have a B2 proficiency level in English.
The IPB also offers Bachelor Programmes in Portuguese. International students with a proficiency level of B2 in Portuguese can find more information on the Bachelor Programmes taught in Portuguese at www.ipb.pt/portaldocandidato.

3043   9125    Chemical Engineering
The Chemical and Biological Engineering programme aims to train new professionals with skills in design, research and development, project management and production control in chemical industry, including the areas of food and biotechnology, environment and polymers.

3043   9119    Informatics Engineering
The Informatics Engineering programme covers the various competences in process analysis, development and implementation of IT solutions, including computer engineering, digital and operating systems, networks, telecommunications and system development.

3043   A004    International Business Management
This bachelor programme aims at preparing experts with knowledge and competences in the field of international business management, having the opportunity to emerge in a true European spirit and to attend higher education in a multicultural environment. International students can also undergo a one-year-mobility period in other European partner higher education institution and receive a double diploma.
