Applications shall be submitted electronically to the students' home institution, which will be responsible for forwarding the application to the EILC organising institution directly (in this case the IPB, via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or to the National Agency of the EILC organising institution (www.proalv.pt).

Selection Criteria:
When there are more applications than places available (15 for each edition), the following criteria will be used:
- Geographical balance (students’ country of origin);
- Balance among the different areas of study of the students;
- Priority for those who wish to continue the study of the Portuguese language after the EILC;
- Priority for students who have a longer mobility period.
